All wheels are handbuilt in Greenville, SC and ship from here. We use UPS groud service for shipping wheels and charge a very reasonable flat 25 dollar rate. Accessories (handlebars, bottlecages) will be shipped from the Boyd Cycling headquarters in Greenville, SC and will ship priority mail through USPS (2-3 day shipping).

Shipping for international orders is handled on a case by case basis due to different sizing restrictions. For the most part international shipping rates will not exceed 80USD. For international orders please email Boyd Cycling before placing your order. You will be responsible for all duties and taxes charged by your country.

In the event a package arrives damaged, do not open it. Return it to your UPS store and file an insurance claim. All shipments are insured agaist damage, but a claim must be filed with UPS. If you ride the wheels that have been damaged in shipping, you will forfeit the Boyd Cycling warranty and any shipping insurance offered by UPS.
