Boasting a lightweight 370 gram rim, the Trailblazer flies along the trails, but can hold up to those rugged trails when you need to close the gap.
This handcrafted wheel is laced with double-butted j-bend spokes and alloy nipples and features a 2.8mm spoke offset to ensure better spoke balance. Two cross lacing pattern built to withstand high-torque loads, and the hookless rim profile makes for a stronger platform against impacts. This wheel spins BOYD MTB Quest hubs that feature five degrees of engagement, quick swap freehub body, press-fit end caps and is compatible with Shimano Hyperglide, Shimano Microspline, and Sram XDR cassettes. This XC MTB wheelset weighs in at 1380g and will lighten over two pounds off your heavy stock OEM wheels!

Trailblazer is our lightest XC wheelset, a Podium-series ringer for the no-quarter-given world of XCR. The offset carbon rims have a 26mm internal width, perfect for 2.2 to 2.4" tires. Laced on our top-shelf Quest hubset, they're an excellent balance of stiff and light at under 1400g.
