Handbuilt
Every wheel goes through 5 different work centers, before being QCed for true, run out, and spoke tension. This ensures every wheel will keep running as true as the day you received them.
How we built an alloy wheel that lasts.
1 - Performance Targets First
Durability, stiffness, and ride feel set before anything else, so the wheel holds up for years, not just a season
2 - Rim Architecture
A 26mm deep, 21mm wide alloy rim that supports modern road and gravel tires. The tubeless locking bead shelf helps keep tires seated at low pressure.
3 - Made In-House
We make our alloy wheels in our own Greenville, SC facility. That gives us control over quality, supply, and price, and it is why this wheel costs less than carbon without cutting corners.
3 - Dimensional Control + QC
Bead seat, ERD, and critical interfaces are inspected so every build starts true.
5 - Spoke & Tension Plan
Pillar Wing 20 aero spokes with brass nipples, laced 2X (24-spoke) or 3X (28-spoke), with a 2.8mm spoke offset for more even tension.
6 - Handbuilt, Stress-Relieved
Multiple tension cycles, stress relief, and final balance checks. Built to stay true for tens of thousands of miles.
7 - Final Inspection
Runout, dish, tension balance, hub function, and tubeless setup checked before it ships.
